- If the agreed requirements are followed and no offer is received, guidance extends for one additional application round without another service fee.
- Admission, scholarship and visa decisions remain with universities and authorities. MDJ cannot guarantee a specific outcome.
- Application, translation, notarisation, authentication, courier, visa and other third-party charges are not included.

With self-service access, the applicant remains responsible for submissions, deadlines and follow-up. China, Korea and Japan quotas are counted separately.
